Consultation
We'll have a friendly chat, either in person or over the phone, to discuss your ideas and preferences. During this conversation, we'll offer guidance and recommendations based on our expertise. Together, we will crystallize your vision into achievable design goals and confirm a timeline. From approval, 3-4 weeks is typical.
Design Proposals
We take your ideas back to our design studio and transform them into up to three detailed CAD model designs. Each design is accompanied by a quote, providing a clear picture of what your final piece could look like. This stage is all about refining and perfecting the design to match your vision.
Casting + Setting
Here, the magic happens. Our trusted casting house brings the designs to life, using only the finest materials. After we receive the raw casting, we carefully set your chosen stones, apply the final polish and ensure your piece meets our high standards.
Aftercare
Your journey with us doesn't end at delivery. We're here for any questions or advice on how to care for your new piece of jewelry. Plus, we offer one complimentary resizing, ensuring your piece is always a perfect fit.
Design Approval
Once we've captured your vision in the designs, we seek your final approval. We'll tweak and fine-tune every detail until you're completely satisfied. Only then do we move on to casting and setting.
Delivery
Once your piece has passed our quality control, it's securely packaged and shipped directly to your doorstep. The moment you've been waiting for arrives - unveiling and wearing your uniquely crafted piece. It's a moment to savor, knowing the care and dedication invested in creating your jewelry.
